濟(jì)南塑料袋：塑料袋，不宜裝燙食

　　我們的日常生活似乎離不開塑料制品：水杯、餐具、吸管、打包盒等……尤其是去菜場買菜、購物，為了方便稱重，商家都會提供塑料袋，供顧客自取。

　　正規(guī)里的塑料袋，大多是PE材質(zhì)，在常溫下裝一些日常用品沒有問題，若是一些生鮮食品，則未必都合適了……

　　1、只有食品級的PE塑料袋，才能用來裝食物

　　需要格外注意的是，只有專門的“食品級”PE材料保鮮袋才能用來裝生鮮食物。

　　It should be noted that only specialized "food grade" PE material fresh-keeping bags can be used to store fresh food.

　　PE材質(zhì)是一種很廣泛的概念，為了適合不同的使用場景，會使用不同的添加成分和生產(chǎn)工藝。這會導(dǎo)致它們在殘留物質(zhì)、耐受溫度、強度、硬度等方面有很大差距，因而不能看到PE標(biāo)識就覺得可以用來儲存食物。

　　PE material is a very broad concept, and different additives and production processes are used to suit different usage scenarios. This will result in significant differences in residual substances, temperature tolerance, strength, hardness, and other aspects, making it impossible to see the PE label and assume that it can be used to store food.

　　2、PE塑料袋也有缺陷

　　①耐熱性不是很強，不到80℃，一旦超過可能會出現(xiàn)熔化、分解。

　?、?The heat resistance is not very strong, below 80 ℃, and once exceeded, melting and decomposition may occur.

　?、诓灰碎L時間接觸油脂。PE的原料主要是低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）和線性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE），在接觸油脂時，兩種物質(zhì)可能會發(fā)生一定程度的溶脹并分解，溶于油脂中，使油脂帶有哈喇味。

　　② Not suitable for prolonged exposure to grease. The main raw materials for PE are low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). When in contact with oils and fats, these two substances may swell and decompose to a certain extent, dissolve in the oils and fats, and give them a rancid taste.

　　因此，不要用透明塑料袋裝熱食，也不要用來分裝肉類直接凍冰箱，凍肉還是建議用食品級的、密封性好的袋子。

　　Therefore, it is best not to use transparent plastic bags for hot food in supermarkets, nor to use them for packaging meat directly in the refrigerator. It is recommended to use food grade and well sealed bags for frozen meat.

　　3、2種塑料袋勸你別裝食物

　　①不要用摸起來很軟且沒有QS標(biāo)識的塑料袋裝食物，因為這類塑料袋怕油、怕熱。

　?、?Do not use plastic bags that are soft to the touch and do not have QS labels to store food, as these bags are sensitive to oil and heat.

　　食物溫度過高時，可能析出有害物質(zhì)鄰苯二甲酸酯，長期食用被污染的食物，會增加高血糖、高血脂等風(fēng)險。

　　When the food temperature is too high, harmful substances such as phthalates may precipitate. Long term consumption of contaminated food can increase the risk of high blood sugar, high blood lipids, and so on.

　?、诓噬芰洗唤】?。因為里面可能含有“有毒有害”的成分——苯并芘。尤其是常被用于裝海鮮的黑色塑料袋，其實是可回收再生塑料。因此，不要用彩色塑料袋裝直接吃的食物。

　?、?Colorful plastic bags are unhealthy. Because it may contain a "toxic and harmful" ingredient - benzo [a] pyrene. Especially the black plastic bags commonly used for storing seafood are actually recyclable and recycled plastics. Therefore, do not use colored plastic bags to directly eat food.
