塑料袋：九種不能加熱的情況你知曉嗎？

　　1、雞蛋不管帶不帶殼都不能用微波爐加熱。帶殼雞蛋放在微波爐里加熱后會爆炸，這個(gè)估計(jì)知道的人不少。但還有件事您是否知道——沒殼的雞蛋，不管全熟的、半生不熟的，還是有沒有放在水中一起加熱，只要沒攤開來，再被微波爐一加熱，危險(xiǎn)性跟帶殼的時(shí)候一樣高。

　　1. Eggs, whether with or without shells, cannot be heated in the microwave. Many people know that eggs with shells will explode when heated in the microwave. But do you know one more thing - eggs without shells, whether fully cooked or half cooked, or whether they are heated together in water, as long as they are not spread out and heated in the microwave, the danger is as high as when they are shelled.

　　2、忌將肉類加熱半熟后再用微波爐加熱：因?yàn)樵诎胧斓氖称分屑?xì)菌仍會生長，第二次再用微波爐加熱時(shí)，由于時(shí)間短，不可能將細(xì)菌全殺死。冰凍肉類食品須先在微波爐中解凍，然后再加熱為熟食。

　　2. Do not heat meat until it is half cooked and then use the microwave to heat it: because bacteria still grow in half cooked food, it is impossible to kill all bacteria when heating it again in the microwave due to the short time. Frozen meat products must be thawed in the microwave first, and then heated into cooked food.

　　3、忌再冷凍經(jīng)微波爐解凍過的肉類：因?yàn)槿忸愒谖⒉t中解凍后，實(shí)際上已將外面一層低溫加熱了，在此溫度下細(xì)菌是可以繁殖的，雖再冷凍可使其繁殖停止，卻不能將活菌殺死。已用微波爐解凍的肉類，如果再放入冰箱冷凍，必須加熱全熟。

　　3. Do not refreeze meat that has been thawed in the microwave: because after thawing in the microwave, the meat has actually been heated to a low temperature outside, at which temperature bacteria can reproduce. Although refreezing can stop its growth, it cannot kill live bacteria. Meat that has been thawed in the microwave must be heated until fully cooked if placed in the refrigerator for further freezing.

　　4、忌油炸食品：因高溫油會發(fā)生飛濺導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)。如萬一不慎引起爐內(nèi)起火時(shí)，切忌開門，而應(yīng)先關(guān)閉電源，待火熄滅后再開門降溫。

　　4. Avoid fried food: High temperature oil can cause splashing and lead to fire. If accidentally causing a fire in the furnace, do not open the door. Instead, turn off the power first and wait for the fire to extinguish before opening the door to cool down.

　　5、忌超時(shí)加熱：食品放入微波爐解凍或加熱，若忘記取出，如果時(shí)間超過2小時(shí)，則應(yīng)丟掉不要，以免引起食物中毒。

　　8、忌使用封閉容器：加熱液體時(shí)應(yīng)使用廣口容器，因?yàn)樵诜忾]容器內(nèi)食物加熱產(chǎn)生的熱量不容易散發(fā)，使容器內(nèi)壓力過高，易引起爆破事故。即使在煎煮帶殼食物時(shí)，也要事先用針或筷子將殼刺破，以免加熱后引起爆裂、飛濺弄臟爐壁，或者濺出傷人。

　　8. Avoid using closed containers: When heating liquids, a wide mouthed container should be used, as the heat generated by heating food in a closed container is not easily dissipated, causing excessive pressure inside the container and potentially leading to explosion accidents. Even when cooking shelled food, it is important to puncture the shell with a needle or chopsticks beforehand to prevent it from exploding, splashing, dirtying the furnace wall, or splashing and injuring people after heating.

　　9、忌長時(shí)間在微波爐前工作：開啟微爐后，人應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離微波爐或人距離微波爐少在1米之外
